Comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment of Pingraa World

Conducted a comprehensive vulnerability assessment to identify security weaknesses within the Pingraa World's web applications and network infrastructure prior to system upgrade.

My Role: Led the vulnerability assessment process, performed black-box and white-box testing, and utilized tools such as Nessus and Burp Suite to identify critical vulnerabilities.

Technologies Used: Nessus, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Kali Linux.

Outcomes: Identified and documented 2 critical, 5 high, and 9 medium-severity vulnerabilities. Provided detailed remediation recommendations that, upon implementation, significantly improved the organization's security posture.

Swift Containment and Eradication of a Banking Malware Outbreak

Led the incident response efforts following the detection of a widespread Banking Malware outbreak that impacted critical business systems.

My Role: Responsible for isolating affected systems, performing initial forensic analysis, coordinating with IT teams for remediation, and contributing to the post-incident report with lessons learned and preventative measures.

Technologies Used: SIEM platform like splunk, EDR tool were the forensic analysis tools used.

Outcomes: Successfully contained the malware outbreak within 57 mins, minimizing potential data loss and system downtime. Contributed to the development of updated security policies and monitoring rules.
